Sales Account Representative, APAC



Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Effectively manage your sales pipeline and develop a strategy for long-term sustained success
    • Nurture and develop existing clients whilst maintaining strong relationships to retain them
    • Generate incremental revenues from existing clients by selling additional advertising opportunities, multi-market solutions and long term commitments
    • Proactively pursue and secure new business in your designated countries and in new ones that Mitula Group is launching in 2018
  • Apply analytical skills to understand our clients’ changing business needs. Work to develop and execute advertising plans that position as a strategic partner
  • Monitor relevant performance metrics and efficiently manage campaigns to focus on activities that grow revenue, improve yields and ensure client satisfaction
  • Conduct calls and in person meetings


Main Responsibilities

  • Communicate professionally internally and externally, coordinating with other functional and support areas, including campaign delivery (traffic department), operations, product development and billing
  • Develop regular market reports (status, revenues, issues and potential) for the management team
  • Forecast accurately
  • Flexibility to work across time zones


Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in selling digital advertising or comparable experience is essential (CPC deals, Google AdWords)
  • Fluent in English mandatory and a second language
  • Experience selling across multiple APAC geographies is a definite plus
  • Experience within the classifieds industry (real estate, cars, jobs) is also a plus
  • Experience in selling digital advertising to agencies is a plus, especially given our new products (email marketing, CPM products)
  • An excellent understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem across APAC, including knowledge of ad networks, performance marketing channels and re-targeting players
  • Self motivated & thorough. Excellent written and oral communication. Target driven and proven self-starter with ability to deliver on targets without constant supervision. Ability to work in a fast paced environment and demonstrated ability to multi-task and think creatively
  • Willingness to travel
