Helpdesk Technician


Responsibilities and Tasks

  • Installation and configuration of equipment
  • Computer software support
  • Administration of Mail accounts
  • Management of incidents in redmine
  • Administration of the domain controller (Active Directory in Windows Server 2016 and Samba Active Directory in Debian 9), administration of DHCP servers and DNS
  • Configuration of monitoring agents
  • Stock, inventory of office hardware and telephony


Skills & Qualifications

  • Linux and Windows operating systems (Debian and CentOs preferably)
  • Hardware knowledge - User level
  • Knowledge of networks and switching

- Valuable knowledge

  • Shell Scripting
  • Programming languages
  • Virtualization (KVM and proxmox)
  • Nginx and Apache
  • English medium level
